Martin D18 vs. Eastman E10D – Can you hear the difference?

Today we compare 2 very similar dreadnought acoustics. The Martin D18 (Golden Era) vs. the Eastman E10D. Both guitars have Adirondack spruce tops and Mahogany back & sides. The Martin has Golden Era forward shifted bracing while the Eastman has standard bracing. The Martin has ivory nut & saddle, while the Eastman has bone nut & saddle. Both instruments have 1 3/4 nut width, ebony fingerboards, and open-gear tuners. The Martin is made in Nazareth, Pennsylvania, the Eastman is made in Beijing, China.
